Our Story


The history of the company is closely linked to the figure of its founder, Domenico Musolino, who began his activity in the 1960s with just a few box vehicles.

His entrepreneurial instinct led him to steer the company towards a clear specialisation in temperature-controlled transport.

His dedication to the company, transmitted to all his employees through his actions, still today defines and strongly characterises the company’s vision: respect, attention, and care for the customer.

Today, the company and its family management, while maintaining the principles that define it, has focused its activities on the use of more innovative technologies, the respect for health and safety at work, attention to the environment, and social ethics.

The people


The people are the heart of this company. The fleet is managed by qualified operational and managerial staff.

The vehicle traffic controllers coordinate activities with precise rules: competence, availability, and courtesy. The travelling staff, with many years of experience, is continuously updated both technically and in terms of regulations.

The workshop staff, with the help of an archive database, monitors the timely completion of maintenance checks. They ensure the perfect efficiency and reliability of the vehicles.

Reliability


The company is managed with the direct involvement of ownership in the key and operational areas of the process, allowing for, among other things, particular dynamism in terms of decision-making and execution, as well as offering consequently high reliability in the delivery of services.

Our headquarters is located in the southern outskirts of REGGIO CALABRIA, about 15 kilometres south of the port of Villa S. Giovanni, and features a large, enclosed, secured, and restricted access yard.

The availability and accessibility of our staff is continuous, 24 hours a day.

The corporate mindset, aligned with the stated ethical principles and the constitutional principles of equality, ensuring no discrimination of any kind, guarantees that our staff, welcoming diverse ethnicities, is highly qualified through training courses and capable of managing all contexts in the national language.

The fleet consists of modern vehicles equipped with onboard instrumentation controlled according to current regulations.

We have been operating in the transport sector under temperature-controlled conditions for over 60 years, serving leading companies in the food sector.

The goods transported by our vehicles are covered by customised insurance policies, according to client needs.

Unexpected events are addressed and managed promptly, in accordance with internal procedures.

Our company is a member of CONFINDUSTRIA Reggio Calabria and is certified by DNV according to the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and the Guidelines on Good Distribution Practices for medicinal products for human use (GDP).

It obtained the legality rating in 2015 and maintains a score of **++ in order to promote ethical principles in business conduct. As an additional element of assurance to stakeholders, it has been listed in the White List of the Prefecture of Reggio Calabria since 2019.

Objectives

  • Train and empower staff at all levels on mandatory regulations and the aspects deemed essential by the company’s policies. 
  • Pursue continuous improvement of all stages of the service delivery process. 
  • Identify stakeholder expectations. 
  • Manage and maintain the efficiency of vehicles, infrastructure, equipment, processes, and company procedures. 
  • Prohibit any form of discrimination based on age, sex, race, religion, political opinion, sexual orientation, in compliance with the Ethical Code.
